5. Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Refunds are available only for services not yet delivered or if the service quality materially deviates from the agreed scope.

• Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Exceptions: Listing fees, administrative charges, and partner fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Except as required by law, HomeDealOne’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the total fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
